Four Tiers Contracting is a residential general contracting company based in Greater Seattle. Founded by two former foster youth, our mission goes beyond construction-we use the trades to teach self-reliance, confidence, and career-building skills to young adults aging out of foster care. We specialize in handyman services and remodels, and we've built a trusted, referral-based business rooted in craftsmanship, mentorship, and impact. Visit us at:<a href="https://fourtierscontracting.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(136, 136, 136);"> fourtierscontracting.com</a> What You'll Do<ul><li>Lead small residential projects from start to finish</li><li>Mentor junior team members, including those new to the trades</li><li>Perform drywall, painting, light carpentry, minor plumbing, and fixture installs</li><li>Respond to client requests and urgent repairs as needed</li><li>Coordinate with clients, teammates, and vendors to keep projects running smoothly</li><li>Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites</li><li>Support a respectful, high-performing team environment</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in construction or handyman work</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership, journeyman, or supervisory role</li><li>Strong drywall skills (patching, finishing, painting) and general troubleshooting ability</li><li>Owns and maintains reliable tools (e.g., drill, multitool, saw)</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li><li>Eligible for bonding (background check after conditional offer)</li><li>Based within commuting distance of Greater Seattle (within 1 hour preferred)</li><li>Comfort mentoring others and building a strong crew culture</li><li>Ready to grow into higher responsibility and company leadership</li></ul>Pay &amp; Perks<ul><li>$40-$60/hour depending on experience and skill</li><li>Full-time role with steady, year-round work</li><li>Performance review and raise potential after the first 30 days</li><li>Direct collaboration with company founders</li><li>Pathway to grow into crew leadership, project management, or training roles</li><li>Be part of a tight-knit, purpose-driven team building homes and futures</li></ul>If you want more than just a paycheck-if you want to lead, teach, and help build something that lasts-we want to hear from you.
